Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Availability

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times (U.S. Only)

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Standard Shipping — 7-10 business days (after processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on cart subtotal.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $280.

All shipping rates are shown before you complete your order.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you and will also be available in your Shopify customer account.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows a package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please first verify the shipping address and double check for notices of attempted delivery. If you are still not able to locate the package, please contact us with your order number at support@wearmamu.com. However, we will not refund or replace any misplaced or stolen packages as we are not responsible once the package is in the hands of UPS or FedEx and will not file any claims on behalf of customers.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
