Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original condition.
To start a return, please submit a return request through your customer account or contact us at support@wearmamu.com. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, odors, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you ordered an incorrect size and would like to exchange for a different size, please email us at support@wearmamu.com and we will determine if the desired size is in stock.
Please note exchanges are not offered for Snappis.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any original shipping fees, depending on eligibility and return method selected.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
